The Padre App: a PWA, Not an App Store Download

There is no Padre trading app to download. The terminal runs in the browser at trade.padre.gg and installs to your home screen as a progressive web app — and the App Store listing that carries the name belongs to a different company entirely.

Whichever device you use, the terminal is the same one covered in the trade padre gg guide.

What the Padre app actually is: a progressive web app installed from the browser, and why the App Store listing of the same name belongs to a different company
What installs, what does not, and who published the listing.

What Padre actually ships

The application serves a web app manifest at trade.padre.gg/manifest.json. That file is what tells a phone the site can be installed: it names the app Terminal | Your Edge in Memecoin Trading, gives the short name Terminal, and describes it as a memecoin trading terminal available on Solana, Ethereum, BNB and Base. Checked 18 September 2026.

That is the whole mobile story. No download, no installer, no app-store review queue — which also means there is no installer for an attacker to imitate, the point made on the safety page.

The App Store listing is not Padre

Search the App Store for Padre Terminal and a result appears. It is published by Lima Kilo Flugcharter GmbH, sits in the Productivity category, and its own description says it "turns repeatable work into clear, focused procedures you can run step by step" with a logbook of completed sessions. Free, 3.9 MB, version 1.1. It is a checklist app that happens to share a name.

Installing it will not get you a trading terminal, and giving it anything is pointless rather than dangerous — but the confusion is exactly the gap phishing uses, so it is worth knowing before you search. The real address, and how to tell it from a clone, is on the trade.padre.gg page.

Installing it on your phone in three steps

  1. Open the terminal — go to trade.padre.gg in your normal mobile browser, not from a link in a chat.
  2. Add it to the home screen — Safari: Share, then Add to Home Screen. Chrome on Android: menu, then Install app.
  3. Open it from the icon — it launches full screen, signed in to the same account and the same wallet as on desktop.

If you have not created the account yet, do that first through the setup guide, and attach the referral before signing up so your cashback rate is the higher one — see the Padre referral code page.

What the phone is good for, and what it is not

Watching positions, taking an exit, checking the portfolio across chains: fine on a phone. Sizing a new entry off a chart you can barely read, or setting take-profit and stop-loss levels for the first time: do it on desktop. The interface is the same, the screen is not, and mis-tapping a size field is a more expensive mistake than any fee on the fees page.

Padre app — questions

Is there a Padre app for iPhone or Android?

Not as a store download. Padre runs in the browser and ships a web app manifest, so you install it from the browser itself and it behaves like an app. There is no trading app from Padre on the App Store.

What is the "Padre Terminal" app on the App Store then?

A different product from a different company. The listing is published by Lima Kilo Flugcharter GmbH under Productivity, and its description is about running repeatable procedures and checklists. It has nothing to do with memecoin trading — checked 18 September 2026.

How do I install the Padre app on my phone?

Open trade.padre.gg in Safari on iOS and use Share then Add to Home Screen, or in Chrome on Android use the menu then Install app. The icon then opens the terminal full screen, signed in to the same account.

Is the mobile version the same as desktop?

It is the same application and the same wallet, rendered for a smaller screen. Anything that needs precision — reading a chart before sizing, setting exit levels — is easier on desktop, but orders and the portfolio work on the phone.

Does the Padre app work offline?

No. It is a live trading interface that needs a connection to quote prices and submit transactions. A web app manifest lets it install to the home screen; it does not make trading work without a network.
