What we cannot help with

PadreBot Guide is not Padre and has no access to anyone's account. We cannot recover passwords, reverse transactions, unlock wallets, or resolve support tickets. For anything touching your account or funds, contact Padre throughtheir official site.

Be aware that nobody legitimate will ever ask for your seed phrase or encryption password. Anyone who does is stealing from you, regardless of what they claim to be.
