Corrections are welcome and acted on. If a page here is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

The three elements that make a correction report actionable: page URL, exact sentence and a checkable source — A report with all three gets fixed the same day.

Corrections

Send the page URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, and a source. Factual corrections are applied quickly — this category changes fast enough that pages go stale without help.

What we cannot help with

Padre Terminal is not Padre and has no access to anyone's account. We cannot recover passwords, reverse transactions, unlock wallets, or resolve support tickets. For anything touching your account or funds, contact Padre through trade.padre.gg.

Be aware that nobody legitimate will ever ask for your seed phrase or encryption password. Anyone who does is stealing from you, regardless of what they claim to be.

What makes a good correction

The most useful reports include three things: the page URL, the exact sentence you believe is wrong, and a source we can check — ideally Padre's own site or app. "Your fees page is wrong" is hard to act on; "the fees page says X but the confirmation screen shows Y, screenshot attached" gets fixed the same day.

Corrections we particularly want: features that shipped or were removed since we last verified, changes to the chains supported, anything about custody or key handling, and any case where our wording could be read as claiming affiliation with Padre.

Partnerships and link requests

This site does not sell guest posts, sponsored placements or links. Pages here are funded through affiliate referrals to the product being written about, and that is the only commercial relationship on the site. Requests to buy placement will not get a reply.

What happens to your message

Correction reports are read and either applied or answered with why not. If a claim on this site turns out to be wrong, the page is edited and the verification date at the top is moved — we do not quietly patch a sentence and leave an old date standing. The methodology page sets out the standard every claim is held to.

Messages are not added to any mailing list, and this site runs no newsletter, no account system and no advertising network. There is nothing here to subscribe to.
